Howlers

I have a book of howlers compiled by teachers, here are just a few on
the subject of the arts.

Michael Angelo Painted the ceiling of the 16th chappel.

Michael Angelo became famous for the delicate creative work
he created on his back.

The Mona Lisa was the most beautiful woman to be laid on canvas.

Vangoff died of an ear infection.

Van Gogh painted pictures of peasants in the field grimacing
at their tools.

The only comment made by an artist should be to a close friend.

....in most cases, profanity and obscenity in art are probably done in good taste.

Painting is an ancient art and old fossils uphold this.

Music.

Contralto is a low sort of music that only women sing.

Music is an art that has suffered many composers and musicians.

No one knows where Mozart is buried because no one recognised him
during his lifetime.

Mozart's records did not sell well during his lifetime.

It will be interesting to see what will become of Frank Sinatra when he dies.

Elvis Presley is now diseased but he still lives on as though he is not.

Science.

A magnet is something you find in a bad apple.

the earth makes a resolution every twenty-four hours.

An example of animal breeding is the farmer who mated a bull
that gave a great deal of milk with a bull with good meat.

By self pollination a farmer may get a flock of
long-haired sheep.

Nowadays it is possible for the farmers to breed by artificial
insinuation.

Margaret if you put a label on each post it will add to the few categories I created for you, you can add to or alter them as you choose.
The label is added at the bottom of each posting window when you prepare a new post to publish.
See the list at the end of your sidebar.
